The Department of Health has confirmed 362 new cases of Covid-19.
2 people has died from the virus; there has now been 1,965 Covid-19 related deaths.
Of the cases notified today, 187 cases are men while 174 are women.
Most people - 55% - are aged under 45 years old, with the median age being 41.
Most cases, 80, are in Dublin.
Elsewhere, there are 48 confirmed cases in Donegal, 34 in Limerick, 29 in Louth and 24 in Limerick.
The remaining 137 cases are spread across 21 counties.
There have been 21 additional hospitalisations in the past twenty-four hours.
In total, 280 Covid patients are being treated in hospital, 38 of whom are in intensive care.

The 14 Day incidence rate is estimated to be 145 per 100,00 population.
CMO Reminds People To Keep Up The Effort
While commenting on this evening's figures, Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan said there has been a "positive trend" in the profile of the virus.
Dr Holohan said it does not mean its time to take a step back from following health guidelines.
"I urge everyone to redouble their efforts, try and have fewer close contacts this week than you did last week, continue to social distance and follow the other vitally important public health guidelines.”
The CMO also thanked people who have self-isolated.
