She's a fan favourite and maybe even producers favourite too
Since entering the Love Island Villa in week two Maura Higgins has been on a roller coaster and fans have grown to love the Longford Gal.
After a controversial start that saw her flirt with Tommy Fury but then face rejection when he chose Molly-Mae over her she finally seems to have found what she's looking for in ballroom dancer Curtis Pritchard.
The Love Island final next week does not look like the end for Maura
A source from ITV has said she could be in the running for more TV shows in the future. There's a vacant place on the ITV line up at the moment she could be due to fill after the Jeremy Kyle Show was cancelled earlier this year.
The source said ‘She has done everything, she has gone viral, and she has been brought up by charities as a poster girl for the modern woman' which seems to have added to her appeal for show producers.
