We are devastated!

Netflix might be changing the way it uploads some shows, releasing episodes weekly instead of all in one go.

The platform has first implemented this with hugely popular competition show, RuPaul's Drag Race, but now it looks to be implementing the model on more of its series like Power.

In the US, The Great British Baking Show (Bake Off ) is the latest series to be staggered, with only one episode of series 7 currently on the platform overseas, and weekly release dates for future instalments.

Cardi. B and T.I's new rap competition Rhythm & Flow will also be released in chunk instalments when it lands on Netflix in October.

Four episodes will air initially, and then episodes 5-7 will drop in one go, and 8-10 in another.

With streaming services like Disney+ airing their shows weekly, it's likely Netflix will follow suit.

This means that Disney shows will likely be the focus of hype for months at a time because they're keeping their fans hooked, and Netlfix will want to have a similar impact with its big hitters.
While it might be a savvy move, its sure to upset many Netflix users, especially given the new binge-worthy shows it has recently announced are in the works.

Fingers crossed some of our favourites won't be affected.
