27-year-old Louis Tomlinson has spoken out for the first time since the death of his little sister.

Félicité Tomlinson died last month aged 18 of a suspected heart attack.

Tomlinson has tweeted his thanks for all the love and support.

The X Factor judge tweeted, 'Just wanted to thank everyone for their lovely words over the past couple of weeks.'

'Back in the studio today to vocal something I wrote a few months ago.'

'Sending you all loads of love x'

This is the second tragedy to hit the Tomlinson family in recent years.

His mother Joannah died in 2016 after a battle with leukemia.

Louis released a song about his mother last month called Two of Us.

He talked about the song in an interview with Radio 1 Newsbeat in March.

"I used to lean on my mum for a lot of things."

"Anytime I needed advice on something she would be the first call I made."
