American fast food chain, Popeyes, is set to open two stores in Dublin this May.
One restaurant will open in Blanchardstown, while a second restaurant will open on Westmoreland Street later in the year.
The CEO of Popeyes Ireland and the UK, Tom Crowley, said the company is looking for Irish suppliers for their chicken, "We're actively looking for an Irish supplier at the moment."
"Obviously we're coming into the country new so, from a volume perspective, we need to find the right supplier.
He continues: "All of our chicken is 100% fresh and, not frozen. So you know, you can rely on the quality of Popeyes. It's something we're very proud of."
Popeyes is going to employ over 500 people in Ireland.
