If you're a Selling Sunset fan, then you're gonna love this.
Netflix's brand new real estate series Million Dollar Beach House drops today.
And instead of selling to L.A. buyers, they're selling to New York buyers.
Million Dollar Beach House sees the real estate agents of Nest Seekers chasing multimillion-dollar deals.
It looks very similar to Selling Sunset, the only difference is that it's set in New York's The Hamptons.
And judging by the trailer, the show's packed full of drama and competition.
The official Netflix description reads:
'The competition is fierce - and the drama undeniable - as a group of young and hungry agents try to seal the deal on luxury listings in the Hamptons.'
