Stranger Things 4

Netflix have announced production on season four of Stranger Things has officially begun.

They announced the news with a video of the cast showing up for the table read.

The video begins with Lucas actor Caleb McLaughlin opening the door to the table read.

He tells the camera operator to keep quiet before sneaking them in.

We see David Harbour enter the room as he returns for his role as Hopper.

Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo and more are in attendance.

Max actress Sadie Sink exclaims, "Oh my God, it's happening!" Before she places her hand over the lens.

The video comes to an end as the room begins to fill up and our favourite actors take their seats.

Season 4

Netflix announced that the series had been renewed for a fourth season last November.

They also revealed they signed a multi-year film and series deal with show creators the Duffer brothers.

This means the boys will, 'bring their vivid imaginations to other [Netflix] film and series projects...'

The renewal news came with a teaser video showing the logo with the number four standing behind it.

The letters arrive in the middle of the woods as branches tangle around it before slowly turning black.

'We're not in Hawkins anymore'

The official Stranger Things writers' room Twitter account also announced the title for the first episode.

They shared a picture of the script captioned, 'looking for new members... are you in?'
