Filmmakers to follow safety measures
Filmmakers are reportedly being asked to follow a series of safety measures when production resumes.
It's after the governor of California, Gavin Newsom gave the go ahead for movie and TV shoots to recommence from June 12th.
The Sun have acquired a 22-page guideline of protocols from the film editors’ trade association.
According to the publication, any intimate scenes involving, 'close contact,' are to be, 'rewritten, abandoned,' or fixed with CGI.
Backstage crew are also being asked to wear face masks and visors.
Meanwhile, TV shows must continue to broadcast without a live studio audience for the meantime.
Everyone involved will be given hand washing lessons and it's believed they'll be tested for the virus on a daily basis.
TV and movie auditions may resume however, they must be held from behind plexiglass.
In addition, filmmakers are being asked to ensure medical, 'coronavirus compliance officers,' are present at all events.
It hasn't yet been confirmed which movies and TV shows will be resuming this month.
