Is Katy back on the dating scene?
Katy Perry has been flat out from going to space, to being on tour and most recently her split with Orlando Bloom, however the singer was papped on a dinner date with a new man.
In pics obtained by TMZ, the singer was spotted having dinner with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Montreal.
The pair were seen taking Katy's dog for a walk, and then later stopped by the Ritz-Carlton hotel to change outfits before going out for dinner at Le Violon restaurant.

A rep for the restaurant told People: "Katy and Justin seemed to have had a fantastic evening. They were super kind and friendly to the staff, and it was an absolute pleasure to have them at the restaurant."
After dinner, Katy and Justin went to Taverne Atlantic for drinks on the terrace and TMZ captured pics of his arm "welded to Katy’s waist."
