About the awards

Now in its eighth year, this annual event was developed by Just Eat to celebrate greatness and uncover the nation’s favourite takeaways.

The awards recognise the efforts of restaurants and convenience retailers from household names to local heroes delivering great tasting quality cuisine straight to our doors.

Just Eat knows that preparing food is more than just a job for restaurants; it’s an art, a love and a passion.

This year's awards will see the addition of some brand new categories, including Best Newcomer and Gamechanger, in support of restaurant partners demonstrating resilience through innovation.

Some of the other categories include the coveted Best of Ireland and Best Spice Bag.
