Kodaline Announce Massive Malahide Castle Gig Next Summer

Irish band Kodaline have announced they'll play Malahide Castle next June 27th.

All tickets from their postponed 2020 Olympia shows are valid for the new date.

While more tickets will go on sale next Friday, August 7th at 9am.

Kodaline released a statement following the announcement:

'2020 Has been a weird and tough year for everyone and in terms of live shows it’s been a total write off.'

'We can’t wait to play this show for you guys, we only wish we could play it sooner, see you all in June next year at Malahide castle.'

'Until then stay safe and stay healthy,' the statement finished.

This follows the release of their fourth album One Day At A Time.

Speaking about the album, front-man Steve Garrigan said, 'We wanted to use a lot of harmonies and play to our strengths.'

Drummer Vinnie May added, 'Our music is now as emotional as it can be. We’re really confident and optimistic about this record.'
