Teen Mom's Emma Finch is pregnant

Teen Mom UK star Emma Finch is pregnant with her second child.

She announced the news in a video posted to the show's official Instagram account last night.

In the clip, Emma reveals she's six months into her pregnancy and she couldn't be happier.

She admitted the pregnancy wasn't planned, "It wasn't something that I was looking to do as of yet."

"But it happened... and yeah."

The Teen Mom star has a baby boy named Jeremiah, who just turned one.

She shares him with Liverpool artist Nasseh.

The pair had a bumpy relationship in the last season of the show and it's unclear if he's the father of the new baby.

In her pregnancy announcement clip, Emma reveals she's so excited to become a mother of two.

However, the 18-year-old admitted that when she first found out, she was shocked.

"In the beginning, shocked of course. Shocked and a bit worried," the reality stay admitted.

Emma also worried about her son and how he would react to becoming a big brother.

But now that she's near the end of her pregnancy, Emma can't wait!
