Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly using a new surrogate to carry their fourth child.
The couple are parents to five year old North and three year old Saint who were both conceived by Kim.
Their third daughter Chicago however, was carried by a surrogate and is now 11 months old.

Naturally, Kim and Kanye wanted to use the same surrogate but unfortunately she's unavailable.
The surrogate, Lorena who once appeared in an episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', has just had a child of her own.
Therefore, carrying Kim's fourth child isn't a possibility at the moment, that's according to TMZ.
A source told the publication that they were happy with Lorena as she had already had two children.

According to MailOnline, during an episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' in October, Kim opened up about her growing family.
'Kanye wants to have more. He's been harassing me. He wants seven. He's stuck on seven... I could never, especially in like the world we live in.'
'I've been kinda hesitant about having more kids because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this.'
She spoke to Elle last year about her first experience with surrogacy.
'The control is hard at the beginning. Once you let that go, it's the best experience. I would recommend surrogacy for anybody.'
While she told People, 'I would have maybe one more. I really, really enjoyed the surrogacy process. I will say, when it came to the breastfeeding time, I was like, "Okay, this is the best decision I ever made."'
'It’s a game changer, having to not go through every few hours. I can spend so much more time with the older kids and getting them used to the baby.'
According to MailOnline, when they initially decided on a surrogate, Kim didn't know what to do with herself.
'Kanye and I are like, "what do we do? we can do nothing for nine months!
'I'm totally gonna forget, seriously, and then a month before we’re gonna get "Oh s**t we need to get a nursery!"'

The reality star was forced to turn to surrogacy after her doctors advised her it would be a bad idea for her to carry any more children following her first two pregnancies.
'I’ve gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me to carry my own babies...'
'But getting a surrogate and finding someone that you really trust really is so much more difficult of a situation than you could really could imagine...'
