The official Instagram for Jimmy Kimmel Live had the best response to a troll who slammed Dua Lipa's opening monologue.

The New Rules artist was a celebrity guest host on the late night talk show his week.

Jimmy has been taking some time off to spend with his family this summer.

He's lined up some of the biggest stars to guest host the show while he's gone.

And this week, Dua Lipa took on the role.

As part of the job, the singer had to deliver an opening monologue.

She joked about how people probably think she's from Hogwarts judging by her accent.

And she also spoke to some seniors who had absolutely no idea who she was.

Lipa's opening monologue was shared on the show's official Instagram account.

And when a social media troll commented, 'Women still aren’t funny,' the Jimmy Kimmel Live account didn't hold back.

They replied, 'maybe if one talks to you someday you’ll change your mind'

Regardless of this, Dua Lipa said on Instagram that she, 'loved every moment,' of her time guest hosting the show.
