Speaking with Grazia, Faye said, 'I’d be lying if I said that when I saw 25,000 complaints, I wasn’t upset.'

'I was already embarrassed about the situation.'

The Islander went on to say she was more concerned for the wellbeing of her family and friends.

'When I saw [the complaints], I was more upset because I knew my friends and family would have seen that as well.'

Faye's sister Jo was put in the line of fire and had to deal with the, 'brunt of it,' according to Grazia.

On this, Faye said, 'She wasn’t happy with how I acted. But we’ve had that conversation now, we’re over it.'

Despite her controversial outburst, Faye and Teddy still made it to the final of Love Island 2021.

They emerged in third place, and returned home to a million Instagram followers each.

She admitted she's really, 'not used,' to this lifestyle at all, adding that she hadn't even visited London until recently.
