Doja Cat no longer playing Longitude
Doja Cat has cancelled her live shows for 2022 as she recovers from tonsil surgery.
She shared the news on Instagram earlier this week, and Longitude have since released a statement.
They said, 'We are saddened by the cancellation of Doja Cat’s summer tour, including her performance at Longitude Festival.'
'We wish her a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming her to our stage in future years.'
'A replacement will be announced soon.'

In a statement on Instagram Stories, Doja said, 'Hi guys, I wanted you to hear it from me first.'
'Unfortunately I have to have surgery on my tonsils ASAP.'
'The surgery is routine but the recovery is going to take awhile due to swelling.'
'That means I have to cancel my festival run this summer as well as The Weeknd tour.'
'I feel horrible about this but can’t wait for this to heal and get back to making music and create an experience for y’all.'
