Daisy Edgar-Jones recently spoke to Porter magazine about her and her co-star's relationship
Daisy Edgar-Jones and Paul Mescal had to play two very close friends in Normal People.
It seems that closeness has transferred to their real life as Daisy said she has found a 'friend for life' in her Irish co-star.
Speaking to Porter Magazine, Daisy said:
"I feel very lucky to have met Paul through this process. He’s a wonderful, wonderful person and a very giving actor… He’ll be a friend for life."

Dealing with fame
The actress also revealed how her Dad has been helping her deal with her new found fame.
Daisy said her Dad gave her the "talk of doom" in preparing her for what's to come.
Her father, Philip Edgar-Jones, is one of the creators of Big Brother and Director of Sky Arts, so he has plenty of experience!
Paul Mescal
Yesterday, Paul Mescal also revealed how he's feeling uncomfortable with some of the attention he's gotten from the show.
The 24-year-old has been receiving DMs from fans who treat him as if he is Connell.
