We could be getting new changes to who puts on a lot of our festivals and gigs and who sells us most of our tickets.

A jury in New York's ruled Ticketmaster owner Live Nation has been overcharging fans - and illegally operating a monopoly over major concert venues.

A seven-week trial heard the firm's practices kept out competitors, and led to higher prices.

During the hearings, jurors were shown internal messages from an executive calling customers “stupid” and saying the company was “robbing them blind."
European regulators might find themselves under increasing pressure to launch an investigation into the ticket selling market after the ruling.
In Ireland, it operates venues such as the 3Arena and 3Olympia in Dublin and runs festivals like Electric Picnic.
Law professor Dr Shubha Ghosh says it'll be interesting what happens next, "there probably will be a large monetary damage awarded, we'll see [if] the settlement happens".

Live Nation says this verdict is 'not the last word.'
