Whatsapp is adding an option for messages to disappear after a week.
The Facebook-owned app says it wants to make chats feel more private.
In a statement the company said they wanted to offer their two billion users "peace of mind".

They say the update will mean the app remains practical and that screenshot and forwarding messages will still be possible.
Only if the feature's switched on, unread chats will disappear after seven days.
Whatsapp's rival, Snapchat coined the "vanishing messages" when they launched in 2011.
The update will be sent out this month.
