Ticketmaster believes it's system for selling tickets can be improved and they are asking for input in changing it.
Local developers will meet at the Digital Exchange in Dublin this week, to pool their ideas on improving the system.
A number of gigs have come under the microscope for Ticketmaster in recent months, such as the concerts for Coldplay in Croke Park and most recently Ed Sheeran in the 3Arena.
People aiming to buy tickets have been unhappy with the service, so it seems Ticketmaster are trying to put things right.
