It's been rumoured for months now that the Spice Girls are set to make a comeback.
According to The Sun, the girls are reuniting for a 13-date UK tour in 2019, which includes three nights in Wembley.
However, it's understood that not all five members are on board. The Sun claims that Baby, Scary, Sporty and Ginger are reuniting but Posh isn't going on tour.
Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, told Vogue,
“I’m not going on tour. The girls aren’t going on tour.”
Posh admitted that they were
“bouncing ideas around,”
before saying,
“I think there’s so much that the brand can do, and it’s such a positive message for young kids. What does that look like in the future? It’s not me in a catsuit."
During an appearance on the Today Show with Kathie Lee & Hoda, Mel said,
“She’s always bloody saying that! Stop it! We are touring!”
The singer added,
“Yes, we are going to be doing performances together, for sure.”
Now it looks like it's finally about to happen with a huge 2019 reunion tour expected to be announced on Monday.
Earlier this week, a leaked line-up for The Jonathan Ross Show revealed that four members of the band would reunite on the show on November 10th.
According to Digital Spy, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner, Mel B & Mel C will come together to chat on the show in November.
The leaked lineup also revealed the episode will feature comedian John Bishop, along with Kylie Minogue duetting with Jack Savoretti.
Now, according to a report in The Sun, the group have recorded a video message, to be released on November 5, in which they will announce their reunion together with details of a huge 2019 stadium tour.
