There was horror at an EDM festival in Brazil on Sunday as 30 year old DJ Kaleb Freitas died after a stage collapsed.
Kalleby Frietas de Rosa, who goes by Kaleb Freitas, passed away from his injuries after a freak accident caused stage rigging to fall during a live performance.
The incident took place at Atmosphere Festival in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
It is reported that the incident happened due to high winds in the area and a number of people in the crowd were also injured after the stage's rigging system for sound and light collapsed.
A spokesman said, "we're devastated, we lost a friend and a great artist."
According to local media, the event had all the necessary permits in place but the temporary structure could not withstand the extreme weather conditions.
It's believed around 5,000 people were in attendance.
