Hands up if the final moments of House of Guinness left you shouting at your screen and craving answers. Yep, same here.
This binge-worthy historical drama from Peaky Blinders mastermind Steven Knight has quickly carved out a space in our must-watch list. Set against the dramatic rise of the Guinness family in 19th-century Ireland, the series blends fact and fiction with a dash of family chaos, power moves, and a cast that absolutely delivers. Naturally, fans are already asking: When’s the next season coming?

Well, there’s good news—sort of.
According to The Mirror, Knight dropped some pretty juicy hints during a Q&A after a recent screening. When asked about the show's future, he didn’t hold back: “Yes, of course. We’re going to do season two, and three and four,” he said, even teasing plans to take the storyline “all the way to the 1960s.”
That’s not the first time Knight has spoken about expanding the series into more modern times. Chatting with ScreenRant earlier, he shared his dream of stretching the saga well into the 20th century. “This isn’t official or confirmed,” he cautioned, “but the Guinness family history just keeps delivering incredible drama.”
And it’s not just the creator who's all in. Anthony Boyle, who stars as Arthur Guinness, is just as hyped. Speaking to The Mirror, he praised the writing, cast, and overall experience: “I loved every bit of it. It’s a show I’m genuinely proud of, and I’d be thrilled to come back for more.”

So what’s the holdup? Well, Netflix hasn’t officially greenlit a second season—yet. But considering the jaw-dropping cliffhangers in that season one finale, it sure feels like the story isn’t done.
Fingers crossed, folks. The pint is only half full.
