Are you bored in lockdown? Do you miss travelling? You're going to love this.
There's an app that allows you to virtually travel through some of the coolest cities in the world from Budapest, to L.A., to London.
The Drive & Listen app allows you to go for a drive while listening to one of your chosen city's local radio stations.
There are over 30 available destinations to travel through, and you can even choose how fast your car goes.
Users can also choose whether or not they want to hear the sounds of the city street outside.
The app was created by Erkam Şeker, an Istanbul-born student.
He launched it on the cloud-based platform Heroku last year, when the world went into lockdown.
The student told Lonely Planet, 'I was missing riding around my city, even the traffic and the fuss of daily life, so I found myself watching videos of Istanbul [online].'
'It was so fun to see my city but I thought why not listen to some radio in the background to get the whole riding in cars experience?'
'I realised that other people around the world must be missing that same experience of being on the road.'
'At first, I made the app to somehow suppress the feeling of missing home but now I also see it as a new way of exploring cities.'
The TikTok reaction
TikTok users have recently discovered the app, and they absolutely love it.
'I think i found my favourite thing to do when i'm bored,' wrote one fan.
While another said the app has, 'cured [their] lockdown depression.'
