SPIN AR SCOIL is a one-stop-shop for Leaving Cert Students. Each week there will be a focus on one core Leaving Cert Subject with the help of a subject expert and special guests!

Louise Cantillon, the host, worked full time in education as a PE and Irish teacher before moving to a career in Media.

 

The show follows the journeys of four Leaving Cert students across the next eight weeks:

Caillum Hedderman (John the Baptist Community College, Hospital Co. Limerick) David Wright (Lucan Community College, Dublin), Sarah Clarke (Castleknock College, Dublin) and Aoife Ní Riain (Laurel Hill Coláiste, Limerick).

On the show this week, the Minister for Higher Education, Innovation and Science Niall Collins is asked why the Leaving Cert exam format is still unclear? And how government plan to support student's mental health? And how will calculated grades will affect college places? 

Author, columnist and Influencer Stefanie Preissner shares her Leaving Cert experience, practical tips, and great advice on acing English paper 1.
