Things you should not do on a first date.

You're going on a first date with a guy or gal you like.

But first impressions matter.

Avoid all of these to nab yourself a second date.

1. Be Late

Whatever you do, don't be late.

It will give off the impression that you don't care.

 

2. Talk About Your Ex

A first date isn't a great place to be talking about your ex.

It comes across that you are still into your ex, and that you probably won't get a second date out of it.

 

3. Tell Your Whole Life Story

Yes your date wants to know about you.

But your date will probably think you are very upfront if you are willing to share everything.

 

4. Look Sloppy

First impressions are key on a first date.

If you show up looking like a mess, it may give off the vibe that you don't care about going on a second date.

 

5. Invite Your Friends

This is one on one time with a new person. You don't really want people butting in on your date.

Unless you planned on meeting your date while out with your friends, this is a big no.

 

But the main rule is have fun and be yourself. Don't try and be someone you're not just to impress them.
