In an interview with Kevin from CH, he told Spin that footfall to the bricks-and-mortar store has decreased dramatically since the pandemic hit.
The pandemic isn't the only reason and it's not at all a negative thing, Kevin said they were lucky with their 2020 business strategy.
Pre-pandemic, CH Tralee's strategy was to increase their digital presence and create a website with the hottest cosmetics they had to offer. So, early last February CH launched their new site.
"The timing was perfect" Kevin told us.
Their website offers options of Click and Collect and also next-day home delivery for their products.
The home delivery service also enables their loyal customers to order their prescriptions over the phone and can ensure delivery of their prescriptions.

Healthfood brands and Vitamins such as Revive Active have sky rocketed in demand since the pandemic began which has been a welcomed surprise for CH Tralee. Kevin told Spin, alot of essential items that they did not to expect to peform online had taken off such as hair dye and nail clippers.
