Help Break The Cycle Of Suicide By Joining Cycle Against Suicide 2019.

Registrations are now open for Cycle Against Suicide’s annual cycle, taking place from 27th April 2019 – 6 May 2019.

In a bid to save more lives, Cycle Against Suicide sets out to change the culture & create a society that openly talks about suicide, thus enabling people to speak up and reach out for help.

Each Year, Cycle Against Suicide brings  cyclists of all abilities with different backgrounds together to help break the cycle of suicide in Ireland.

This year’s cycle will travel 800km passing through 63 towns, rallying hope and support in localities around Ireland.

 ‘It’s OK not to feel OK, and it is absolutely OK to ask for help’.

 

This simple yet powerful message could save the lives of those within our communities who are feeling alone.

The event will be stopping overnight in Limerick on Monday 29th April.

Cycle Against Suicide is calling on the people of Limerick and surrounding areas to come out and support this campaign and support those within our community living under the cloud of mental ill health and highlight that mental illness is like any other illness, it is treatable and you are not alone.
