The biggest issue we ladies ( and gentlemen) have when it comes to online shopping is that it looks great on the model but not so much on the average girl.
Now ASOS are including models of different body types modelling their clothes on their APP and Website.
This will make online shopping so much more practical and less likely to send items back.
