Kendall Jenner in Fyre Festival lawsuit

Kendall Jenner has reportedly been ordered to pay $90,000 to settle a Fyre Festival lawsuit.

It's after she lead many to believe Kanye West was set to perform at the festival in her social media post, promoting the event.

Documents obtained by E! News reveal she was paid $275,000 for the promotion.

As per E!, it all kicked off when trustee Gregory Messer filed a complaint in the New York Bankruptcy Court last year.

He wanted to recover the money paid to those involved in marketing the festival.

Kendall is just one of the many stars who promoted the event on her social media accounts.

In her promotion post, she wrote, 'So hyped to announce my G.O.O.D Music Family as the first headliners for @fyrefestival.'

'Use my promo code KJONFYRE for the next 24 hours to get on the list for the artists and talents afterparty on Fyre Cay.'

The accusation

According to E!, the lawsuit is accusing the model of, 'intentionally [leading] certain members of the public and ticket purchasers to believe,' that Kanye West was going to perform at Fyre Festival.

It's important to note that Kanye is the founder of the G.O.O.D. music label.

The lawsuit reads, 'This conduct demonstrates a clear lack of good faith on Jenner's part.'
