Jenelle Evans is working to regain custody of her son
Former Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is working on regaining custody of her 4-year-old son, Kaiser.
The child reportedly opened up to school counsellors over an incident that happened at home earlier this month.
His father David Eason allegedly shot and killed their dog Nugget.
Earlier this month Evans revealed that her husband David shot their dog Nugget.
It's after the French Bulldog reportedly behaved aggressively towards their daughter Ensley.
At the time, she confirmed that none of her children witnessed the cruel event.
Her eldest son Jace was on holidays with her mother Barbara at the time while Kaiser and Ensley were playing inside.
A source has since told E! News that Kaiser told his school counsellors about the incident.
Soon after, Child Protective Services took the four-year-old from his school on Friday.
The publications reports Jenelle wouldn't discuss the case with the media, 'at the request of her CPS lawyers.'
She did however state, 'During this difficult time, I am focused on getting Kaiser back and cooperating with my legal team on the next steps to getting my children back.'

It looks like Jenelle still holds custody of her daughter Ensley Jolie.
She shared a video with her little girl on Instagram Stories yesterday.

E! reports her eldest child Jace lives with her mother Barbara.
It's believed Barbara holds full custody of the 9-year-old.

What happened?
Just last week Jenelle told Us Magazine that her husband David Eason shot and killed her dog Nugget.
The French Bulldog reportedly behaved aggressively towards Evans and Eason's daughter Ensley.

According to Jenelle, David, 'doesn't put up with that and those are his beliefs.'
'He just took her and shot her in the woods … about two acres away from the house.'
At the time, Janelle and David were not on speaking terms.
She told the publication that she's considering divorcing her husband of a year and a half.

'I'm too hurt and upset at the fact he did that,' Jenelle continued.
'It's taking time to get over this whole situation, and it's making me feel he's very cruel and doesn't have a heart on many ends.'
