Ariana Grande is reportedly being sued

7 Rings artist Ariana Grande is allegedly being sued for sharing photos of herself on Instagram.

E! News reports professional photographer Robert Barbera is suing her for copyright infringement.

The publication has obtained court documents relating to the case.

According to Barbera, the 25-year-old shared two pictures on Instagram that he took without licensing.

He says Grande didn't have, 'permission or consent to publish the photographs.'

TMZ reports the photographer is looking for, 'either the profits she earned from the photos or $25k for each photo.'

Ariana shared the images with her 154 million followers on Instagram last Summer.

The photos in question however, have since been removed but it's believed they received more than three million likes.
