Cardi B and Stefon Diggs may have called it quits — at least, that’s what fans are starting to believe.
Breakup speculation swirled on Monday after eagle-eyed followers noticed the rapper and NFL star no longer follow each other on Instagram. The apparent social media split came just one day after Diggs’ New England Patriots were defeated by the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl.
Neither Cardi nor Diggs has publicly addressed the rumors, but fans wasted no time flooding their comment sections with questions. “Dang why you and Stefon unfollow each other?” one user wrote under a recent post on Cardi’s page. “I hope y’all didn’t break up because of the game.”
Over on Diggs’ account, another fan joked, “I was here for Cardi. If she leaves, I’m leaving too.”
The couple first confirmed their relationship in May 2025 after being spotted together at a New York Knicks game. Cardi later fueled romance rumors in June when she shared — and later deleted — a photo of the pair relaxing on a yacht, captioned, “Chapter 5… Hello Chapter six,” according to People.
In November 2025, Cardi and Diggs welcomed a son together. The child is Cardi’s fourth; she shares three children with rapper Offset, whom she filed for divorce from in August 2024. Diggs is also a father to two daughters from previous relationships.
For now, neither party has commented on their relationship status, leaving fans to wonder whether the unfollow signals a breakup — or just a social media reset.
