One out of the three lawsuits filed against Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars for 'Uptown Funk' has now been settled.

Back in 2016, the pair were sued for copyright infringement by Minneapolis funk band who claimed that 'Uptown Funk' was "an obvious, strikingly and/or substantially similar copy” of their 1983 single ‘Young Girls’".

TMZ now reports that both sides have agreed to drop the case permanently and that it isn’t known whether there was any financial settlement involved.

Two other lawsuits remain open against ‘Uptown Funk'
