Lea Michelle has shared a touching image of her with her late boyfriend Cory Monteith on the fourth anniversary of his death.
Cory was found dead in Vancouver back in 2013 at the age of 31, due to a tragic overdose of drugs and alcohol. The pair met back in 2009 on the tv series Glee. Last year Lea got a 5 tattooed on the back of her arm in Cory's honor as this was the number he wore on his football jersey on the show.
The actress and singer, also has the last words that Cory ever said to her - 'if you say so' - inked onto her side.
