TV3 is getting a makeover and a spokesperson for the television channel said the re-brand would see the group re-named Virgin Media Television.
No exact dates have been outlined as to when the changes would happen but it will take place this year.
At the launch in Dublin this afternoon, the new spring schedule for the channel was announced.
Ireland's Got Talent will make it's debut, and a spin off show, Ireland's Got Mór Talent will air after the main show.
The NatWest 6 Nations will be hosted by Off the Ball's Joe Molloy while The Tonight Show with Matt Cooper and Ivan Yates is set to air four nights a week.
Pat Kenny will also be returning to our screens with the appropriately named Pat Kenny Show.
A busy and exciting Spring lies ahead for Virgin Media Television.
