There's been calls for management and unions representing pilots at Ryanair to get back to the talks table.
Thousands of passengers potentially face travel disruptions on Thursday week (July 12th) as Dublin-based pilots announced they will strike for 24 hours.
The strike of 120 pilots was voted for yesterday, and will take effect from 1am.
It's led to calls for everyone involved to go back to negotiations in a bid to end the stand-off.
