Farm accident
A teenage boy has died in a farm accident in Co Clare.
It happened in the Milltown Malbay area at 9am this morning.
The boy, believed to be 14, was involved in an incident involving a tractor and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Health and Safety Authority have been notified.
