Dublin City Council To Open 22 Buildings For Public Toilets

Dublin City Council is opening of 22 of its public buildings on a "toilets only" basis.

It's opening Libraries, sports facilities, and City Hall for the public to use the toilets

The buildings will be open from Monday.

The Council says the initiative will be "reviewed on an ongoing basis".

Green Party City Councillor Michael Pidgeon wrote on Twitter:

"This is great news!"

"There's going to need to be a mix of models used to provide public loos."

"This is one of them. (But there'll need to be more!)"
