Gardai say nothing suspicious has been uncovered at the Department of Health.
They were called to the scene following an alert about a suspicious package at the building.
That is on Lower Baggot Street in Dublin shortly after 1pm this afternoon.
Gardai say they are in the process of re-opening the building.
Also, investigations into the source of the package are continuing.
While all staff had to evacuate at lunchtime.
The Defence Forces says the team from Cathal Brugha Street is attending the scene.
So that's after Gardaí called them at 1.30pm.
