A cyclist has been killed in a crash in County Limerick.
The incident happened at Ballcullane, Kilmallock at around 8pm yesterday evening.
The cyclist - a man in his 40s - was involved in a collision with a car.
He was subsequently taken to Limerick University Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later - the driver of the car was uninjured.
A forensic exam of the scene is taking place and the road is currently closed.
