Covid 19 Community Prevalence "Stubbornly High"

Dr Martin Daly is a former president of the Irish Medical Organisation.

He says the case numbers remain concerning.

"The community prevalence is stubbornly high but that was predictable."

"In fairness to our experts, they predicted that community prevalence remain difficult to suppress."

"That's why we have to avoid complacency, even though we're on the home straight, in terms of the vaccination rollout and hopefully the end of this pandemic."
