Up to 19 people have been injured after a car drove into pedestrians in central Melbourne.
Several of those who were Aminjured are believed to be critically injured.
Among the injured is a child, who is said to have sustained head injuries.
The driver and a second man have been arrested, and officers say they are still trying to find the motive. However, they do believe at this time that the driver did it deliberately.
