Irish singer-songwriter Dove Ellis is among 12 artists shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.
The Galway musician's nominate for his debut album, Blizzard.
He's up against Olivia Dean's The Art of Loving, which won Album of the Year at the Brit Awards, and Raye's This Music May Contain Hope.

Dave's The Boy Who Played the Harp, Florence + the Machine's Everybody Scream, and Knats' A Great Day in Newcastle are also nominated.
Meanwhile Beatles star Paul McCartney has been shortlisted for the very first time, for The Boys of Dungeon Lane.
Created in 1992, the Mercury Prize awards celebrate the best Irish and British albums of the year.
This year's ceremony returns to Newcastle and will take place on October 22nds at the Utilita Arena.
Sam Fender won last year's prize for his album People Watching.
The winner of the Mercury Prize receives the title, and almost €30 thousand.
