If you're wrecked after the week that was, and you're feeling guilty about staying in. Well, don't. TV is pretty great tonight, and worth staying in for. 

Here's what's on offer tonight. 

The Late Late Show (RTE 1 9:35)

This week's Late Late Show will certainly make for interesting viewing. Liam Neeson will appear to chat about his latest movie, The Commuter. The Academic will provide the tunes. Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer is coming too. James Kavanagh will also be chatting trends that he wants to leave behind in 2017

The Graham Norton Show (BBC1 at 10:35)

Graham is back for his first show of 2018. He will be joined by boxer Anthony Joshua, Maisie Williams, Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks. Plus live music from First Aid Kit.

The latest from the CBB house. There's an eviction taking place tonight too. Juicy. 

The Big Fat Quiz of Everything (Channel 4 at 9:00)

Jimmy Carr being as quizzical as ever. Tonight he's joined by Vic Reeves, Bob Mortimer, Claudia Winkleman and Miranda Hart. 

Room 101 (BBC 1 at 8:30)

Black Mirror's Charlie Brooker and Scarlett Moffatt talk their pet hates.
