SiSú was built on a simple but radical belief: that what you drink every day should actually do something good for your body. Founded by Brian and Fiona McGann and now run by their daughter Aisling McGann, the Irish wellness brand has spent years quietly becoming one of the country's most respected names in better-for-you drinks, from plant-based milks to kombucha, cold-pressed juices to functional shots. Twelve Great Taste Awards later, the philosophy hasn't changed: premium quality, premium taste.
It was that philosophy that caught Katie Taylor's attention. Long before any business conversation happened, she followed SiSú's progress with genuine interest. As a World Champion athlete, she understood better than most that what you put into your body matters. It was in one of her conversations with Brian that she mentioned something she'd never quite been able to solve: finding a soda she actually enjoyed that wouldn't compromise her training or her body.
That frustration became the brief.

It was about building something she'd actually use, that solved a real problem she'd actually had. Fibre in drinks. Low sugar, low calorie. No artificial sweeteners or additives. And something that actually tastes good enough that people choose it over the soda they're trying to replace.
SiSú had a clear-eyed view of what the market needed: not another product asking people to give something up, but one good enough to make them want to switch. Katie had the same conviction. She'd spent her career changing minds about what was possible. She believed she could do it again, this time in a can.
So instead of a sponsorship, they built a partnership. Katie didn't put her name on a finished product. She helped shape the question the product was trying to answer.
