The Tackle Your Feelings App was launched in February and feature a series of Tackle Your Feelings workshops which are set to be rolled out across the 4 provinces which also feature content from the app. These workshops are being delivered across Universities, Corporate and Farming Sectors. The aim is based on sports psychology and positive psychology principles, that helps users as they are guided through a ‘Training Camp’ programme that will help them to work on aspects of mental wellbeing like confidence, satisfaction and resilience.

Through setting goals and reflecting on progress, users can expect to learn how to maximise their mental well being and gain confidence in practising evidence-based strategies to help them do so.

The App is free to download on iTunes & Google Play.
