After hosting the Bafta Film Awards 12 times, Stephen Fry has announced he is stepping down from his role, saying it was "only right to stand down and let others take the Baftas on to new heights and greater glories".
His successor will be revealed next Tuesday, the same day that the category nominees will be announced.
“What fun it will be to watch Bafta 2018 without my heart hammering, mouth drying and knees trembling,” Fry said.
