The Hollywood star is taking some down time after the awards season in L.A.
According to the Belfast Telegraph, the Ladybird star has been spotted in Derry with a friend. Saoirse is seeing the sights and taking a tour of the city with the renowned celebrity favourite Martin McCrossan Tours.
The tour guide didn't realise it was Saoirse Ronan until she arrived as she did not disclose her full name.
The tour guide Charlene Blackburn said Saoirse was accompanied by a male, "He was from Scotland and she said she was showing him around. And she said that afterwards she was going to Sandinos Bar to watch the rugby. She said she had been in Derry a few times before and she wanted to show her friend how great it was. "
