Ryan Thomas & Lucy Mecklenburgh Reveal Results Of Bear Grylls' Celebrity Island

We couldn't even being to imagine not eating for 8 days but celebrities Ryan Thomas and Lucy Mecklenburgh managed to do just that while they appeared on Bear Grylls' Celebrity Island recently. 

The pair may have gained a relationship with each other while on the survival of the fittest show however, they lost a shocking amount of weight!

Last night, the Coronation Street actor and Towie star revealed before and after pictures of their time in the wilderness and the results have to been seen to be believed.

 

My poor little body!!!! Soooooo emotional watching the last ep of #celebrityisland .. I can't believe we did it.. I can't believe I did it 😃 what an experience! I will never doubt myself ever again!! Met some incredible people that will be friends for life. So proud of us all!! #celebrityisland #beargrylls #theisland PS It only took me 3 weeks to put all my weight back on! The Final episode tonight everyone. The journey we ve been on is indescribable. Not even a television show can put into perspective how mentally and physically we got tested on this island. My before and after is an example of the lack of food, 8 days no eating trying to survive with so little energy. I m extremely proud of myself and my fellow islander. Couldn't have done it without you guys. The reason I love this show so much is because unlike any other there is no winner, it is a matter of survival and not about competing against each other. @channel4 9.15 tonight #celebrityisland and then again 10.20 for the post island chat with the man himself @beargrylls

The photo's were posted before the final episode of the series aired and Ryan gushed about how 'indescribable' the experience was.

We're happy to read Lucy has put the weight back on, she wrote; 'PS It only took me 3 weeks to put all my weight back on!'
